Need help with direction any advice?
Hey everyone, so I'm 27 I started working in social services/mental health at 20, I didn't go to college and I've worked in housing services and mental health I've gained some good certifications and found some success I was even a director of an organization for sometime. Now I work at a crisis center and honestly I don't know how to pivot or change jobs and make anything near what I am now, I've learned that I hate working in offices and prefer hands on work and I am good in emergencies.
