So recently I purchased an item from an Instagram thrift store but i havent received the item yet.

I ordered a while back and when I asked the owner whether they shipped the product, they said yes and WILL SHARE TRACKIND ID SOON.

But now the account is no longer there and the only detail I have of this person is their name through my online payment.

I know that many IG thrift stores were shut down recently for no reason at all and theirs could be one of them. Is there any way to get the details of this owner? Their upi app id didnt include their number.
