I've been watching Gardener's World, from the UK. Comphrey grows there and Monty Don is a big fan of using it to make vitamin rich plant fertilizer tea. As far as I know, Comphrey isn't a native plant here.

Is there a local pnw weed or plant that you like making into fertilizer?
