I had another brain MRI and this is a finding:
“Unchanged mildly horizontal orientation of the clivus and small retrodental pannus causing contact on the ventral medulla.”

The first one in Oct ‘25 said I had the horizontal and short clivus. It didn’t say anything about retrodental pannus.

Anyone have this and have CCI? I’ve had flextion and extension X-rays done and they said I didn’t have it. They also said I didn’t need the upright mri.

My herniation is about 20mm and I have minimal flow in the front and none in the back. This is the 6th MRI I’ve had since October and first time it’s been mentioned.
