You can also use the feature of voice cloning to keep the voice more natural or help with videos that used your voice. It still feels a little off sometimes, but it’s good enough to create short videos for like TikTok with the help of Canva AI.

I’ve noticed people around me are still working overtime. I started to realize that although AI has been around for a while, many people still aren’t familiar with practical tools let alone using them to improve daily productivity.

Here are 3 AI tools that save a lot of time in my day-to-day workflow:

1. Canva AI:

Mostly use this for quick visuals such as slides, social media posts, simple designs. I’m not a designer by any means, so the AI features are a lifesaver. It generates layouts, text, even basic images for me, so I can output some simple visuals quickly. It’s not super advanced design-wise (don’t expect Midjourney-level stuff), but it’s fast and gets the job done. Perfect for when you need something decent in 5 minutes.

Good for: quick design, presentations, social content (TikTok/IG posts especially)

2. ElevenLabs

Been using this for voiceovers and testing audio content lately. The voice quality is low-key impressive compared to other tools I’ve tried — way more natural than the robotic crap you get with most free options. It still feels a little off sometimes (let’s be real, AI voice is still AI voice), but it’s more than good enough for drafts, content testing, or even quick voiceovers for short videos.
