Stressed out and need to rant
I applied for a supervisor position about 8 months ago, did the panel interview and did not make the final cut as they prioritized someone with experience.
Turns out they did not work out and was fired, and the hiring manager reached out if I was interested and told me I am getting a "special" interview to determine any considerations on the other candidates after my screening was finished.
It sounds like this is my final interview essentially and was wondering if I should be freaking out mentally or be confident as I was considered last time...I ended up training some people this year and I plan to emphasize my previous supervisors and highlight the things I want to emulate as maybe some extra points to my already existing interview to maybe help with the "experience side"
