I have a 2 citrus trees about 3 years old and they’re both only producing fruit towards the bottom on smaller branches. I’m realizing now it might be due to rootstock taking over.

Are any of these branches rootstock? I’m having trouble identifying the graft union. First 2 pics are first tree second 2 pics are from the other. I’ve circled the branches producing fruit.
