Hi everyone, I really need some advice and product recommendations for my skin. As you can see in the pictures, I am dealing with a lot of stubborn hyperpigmentation, dark spots left behind by old acne, and uneven skin texture on my cheeks.

I want to build a proper, safe skincare routine specifically tailored for dark skin that can help fade these marks and smooth out the texture without causing any irritation or damaging my skin barrier. Any help, tips, or product holy grails would be highly appreciated! Thank you.
