Hey there, so I've had to call the NDIS 1800 number a number of times over the last few months. Sometimes I get someone who I swear can't spell their own name and other times I get someone really awesome who goes out of their way to help me. Do other people have the same experience and have you ever felt like hanging up and calling again just so you might get someone good??? I feel like I'm playing Russian roulette every time I call. What are your good and bad stories???
