Soooo confession time. I may have been exploring the dark romance sub. I wanted to creep myself out, and go me, I succeeded. Now, I'd like to find some reads that are the antithesis to dark romance so I can read them for a break and to find my happy place before bed.
So, what books made you happy? Maybe a cosy, snuggly blanket of a read to warm the frozen depths of my heart? A read where good defeats evil and they fall in love whilst making the world a better place? A book that's full of love and laughter as they bumble their way to an adorable happy ever after?
I need a palate cleaner to make me feel good, wholesome, and positive, please.
