I got an assignment back recently that I don’t think was graded appropriately. I’ve brought this up respectfully with my tutor, and asked for clarification on his marking. He’s avoiding my questions and it honestly feels like he doesn’t know why I received the mark I did either. I want to understand where I went wrong (if I even did), and feel it’s not unreasonable to ask for justification on my grade. Where do I go from here? Do I contact the professor? I’m a bit concerned about retaliation from him if I go above his head, but this is ridiculous.
