Device: xp pen artist 22 plus

OS: windows 11

connection mode: a power cable + usb c to usb c to a laptop

I walked away from my setup for a bit with my laptop on battery, when I came back i found that my laptop was discharged. after i plugged in my laptop and booted it up i found out that my xp pen tablet was no longer working, it keeps disconnecting after initially connecting for a while.

what I've already tried:

i have already tried checking all the cables for secure connections

i also uninstalled the xp pen tablet application and reinstalled the latest version. (the attached video has been taken after these steps)

if someone knows a fix for this, please help me out 😔😭😭😭
