Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good heating pads or something similar? I have been very sick for quite a few months and the pain is only getting worse. Right now I’m using an electric heating bottle for babies (used for pre-heating their clothes and beds) which gets to 65 degrees Celsius on the inside (not sure about the outside temperature), but my skin has burned to the point that it’s not hot enough anymore and also cools down too quickly. I am mostly housebound atm so I’m fine with it not being subtle or being connected to an outlet. Ps I know that burning my skin of is very dangerous, but I will not get through most days without heat, I am already taking a lot of painless soo can’t take any more.

Also while I am home so much right niemand might start a business helping people with endo, I would love to learn more about the disease and read medical literature about it. If you have any suggestions, or better, if you have specific research papers, could you please link them? I’ve got a lot of free time and a lot of reading and learning to do as my doctors don’t do their jobs :/

Lots of love,

A struggling endo girlie
