This restaurant blew my proverbial socks off. I had tonight one of the best meals I have ever had in Denver. We decided on the large bouquet at $96 person (an absolute steal for a top tier tasting menu). Our server, Zach was a delight and really listened to our preferences to get our bouquet customized to us. What followed was a spread of sauce filled delights. From artichoke and lemon tortellini, a stone fruit salad that tasted like Spring on a plate to a Grilled Octopus with Kalamata risotto to wagyu you could cut with a fork…everything was fantastic. BRAVO!!!
