So I run a beauty/skincare store and I was spending like $300-500 per UGC video from creators on Fiverr. Half the time the content was mid, wrong angles, bad lighting, you know the drill.

Started messing around with AI UGC tools maybe 3 months ago honestly just to test. Figured worst case I waste a weekend.

The thing that surprised me is not even the quality (which is decent, not perfect) — it's the volume. I went from testing 2-3 creatives a week to pumping out 15-20 variations in a single afternoon. Different hooks, different angles, different CTAs. Just iterate like crazy.

That volume alone changed everything for my ad account. More data, faster learnings, CPAs dropped because I could actually find winners instead of praying that one $400 video would carry the whole month.

Attached my workflow + TikTok shop dashboard. 255k sessions, $588k revenue, 2.5% CVR.

Genuinely curious — anyone else doing this or am I late to the party? And for those who tried it and it flopped, what niche were you in? I have a feeling this works way better for some products than others.
