In my opinion, this award could not have been presented to your Canton location. If it had, the hospital must have fallen apart seen the last time you where there. When was the last time you visited this location and observed the ER? How long do patients have to wait for care? How long does it take to see a doctor for only one to five minutes, but have been there for eight or more hours waiting? It is disheartening to see that your nurses and doctors are more concerned with their own gossiping than with the patients. People are seeking help for their health issues, and yet your nurses and doctors cannot even have bedside manner. I bet you have not been here in a long time, probably as long ago as when this award was given. Have you had to sit in your waiting room waiting for someone to inform you or your family member of the condition you or someone you care about may have and they only give you one to five minutes of their time? I bet you do not care about the people who pay your salaries.
