20 days since redemption request, still no payout.

This is insane. Right before this request I got my money in literally 5 hours from request, it was a $1200 payout. Now I've submit an $1800 payout, this time AFTER reaching gold vip status, which advertises "expedited redemption," and it's now been 20 days, multiple emails and complaints, and nothing being received. Not to mention their sister site, lonestar, failing to redeem a measly $150 payout for 25 days. I want someone from the RealPrize team to respond and tell me what is up with this, as I'm seeing in other reddit posts people getting bigger redemptions faster than me, so I would love to know why I haven't received mine, or I'll just have to go to trustpilot to complain as well. Absolutely insane.

Insane visual bug

Have this visual bug no matter what hero I play, no matter what path, who I'm with, the map. Just constantly doing this every time I play. Makes the game unplayable. No clue how to handle it.

EDIT: Playing on a Pixel 10, and based on replies, it is a Pixel 10 specific issue.
