I have recently joined Amazon, and I found out that the environment inside my team is very toxic and pressuring.

I want to ask if it’s possible to apply for internal positions in my first 3 months, or it’s just impossible?

I want to give it another chance instead of resigning because I don’t want to repay a massive amount of a relocation package which I have spent most of it on my relocation to a new country for amazon.
