Trying to setup my own agency for motion design and launch videos. I have plenty of expertise and experience in this field but no experience as a founder. Need guidance.
I have been working with 2 other people and we have made a lot of launch videos for YC Startups. These are animated videos usually under 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Recently, I have been thinking of setting up my own agency and do the same thing. The niche will be similar making these animated videos for tech startups.
But I have no experience in outreach. No idea where to start, how to get leads, etc.
I am thinking of making mock ads (under 10 seconds) for startups and post it on LinkedIn and Twitter. If any of it gets any attention of founders, they might reach out to me inbound.
I am fairly confident in my offer and service. My only gap is outreach.
Can anyone help me figure out systems to set it up properly or even guide me how to get the ball rolling.
