Hey Mark! I've been running my current DND campaign and there's a leader of a hyper advanced country that is the BBEG and he abandoned his humanity to advance the world continuously. In order to keep moving forward he created a phylactery so that way he could infinitely push humanity forward. You wouldn't happen to have any stat blocks or would be willing to create a new one, would you?

I'm currently running a campaign for a party of 4 level 6 characters. They are in a futuristic city run by a tyrant who is creating robotic people and even things that lack any soul and flesh period. I was wondering if you had some sort of better automaton stat blocks? Anything from even a minion up to a CR 12 would be amazing, thank you!
