💰 Pay
$500 for first month (trial retainer)
$500–$1500/month after (based on performance)
Long-term role (we’re building a real team, not one-off gigs)

🎯 What you’ll do (30-60mins/day)
Edit 1–3 short-form videos daily (TikTok/Reels style)
Follow proven viral content frameworks (we provide structure)
Add captions, pacing, sound effects, and clean transitions
Turn raw clips into high-retention content
Optimize for watch time + engagement
🎬 Content Style
You’ll be editing:
UGC-style content
Problem → solution videos
Commentary/news-style clips
Before & after / storytelling edits
Fast-paced, attention-grabbing formats
✅ You’re a good fit if you:
Have edited TikTok/Reels content before (send proof)
Understand hooks, retention, and pacing
Can edit clean, engaging, fast-moving videos
Are consistent and can meet daily deadlines
Know how to follow a system (not freestyle everything)
