I titrated up to 70mg tyvense quickly enough as I have a very severe level of ADHD and tyvense worked for me but was very short lived at all doses.

I take 70mg and generally 4 ours after it has mostly worn off (usually about 2 hours of really good effectiveness and then a decline)

Psychiatrist recommended moving from 50 to 70 and said if it's still not lasting long enough we can look at a booster dose.

Curious if anyone uses the boosters and how has it been? Is there a bigger crash or does it feel hard on the system? I also don't want to overdo it with stimulants but If I could get longer coverage I think it really would be life changing
