Could someone please guide us on what to do? We are trying to seek advice or legal help. My wife is a European citizen, and I am not an EU citizen. She is working in Germany; her company is also trying to hire me, but they mentioned I need to get a work visa.
However, after further research, I found that as someone married to an EU citizen and holding a residence permit from another EU country, I do not need a visa?
Please advise. Has anyone gone through the same thing?
