I’m currently applying for the French entrepreneur visa (profession libérale) with my partner, and we’re both at the AVIS stage.
We submitted additional documents for evidence as requested (including a clarification letter and our Dubai business licence, as our company is already registered there) on 9 April. Throughout the process, we’ve always responded the same day to any document requests, and usually received replies within 2–3 days.
However, it’s now been around 17 days with no update. My portal says “Une demande est déjà en cours de traitement”, and my partner’s account briefly showed “Accès au site non autorisé”.
We’ve also sent a message via the contact form to ask for an update but haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced something similar at this stage? Is this delay normal?
