I’ve responded to RFE and I’m waiting now. My petition was first received by Nebraska, but it was moved over to Texas and I received an RFE. Only 1 criterion (judging) was accepted.
For almost all other criteria I realized the gaps my original petition cover letter had. I brainstormed and dug up a lot of evidence and tried my best to write a response addressing all RFE concerns.
Now it’s in the hands of the officer, and day after day I keep reading posts about EB1A denials and esp from Texas.
I already find myself thinking about what to change in my approach if I have to re-file. So I do feel hopeless already.
Any tips on maintaining your sanity while you wait for the decision and are not feeling optimistic?
