A question about taking breaks in office

Might be a stupid question that shows I've never worked a full time job before but here it goes.

I used to take short naps (usually 15-20 minutes, 30-45 minutes max) early afternoon to recharge myself and then I don't mind working till 1 AM. I know some law firms have like break rooms or entertainment rooms, but also it sounds like the firms want you to work and be on call for as long as possible.

Would it be frowned upon if I close my eyes and take a quick nap (not lying down like on a bed but just sitting in my seat) after lunch, especially as a summer/junior associate? What's the best way to take a break without being seen as unserious or lazy? Thank y'all!

What was Richie's view of the band around Lost Highway (2007-2008)?

Now we know Richie was unhappy enough around The Circle era (2009-2011) but was reasonably happy during HAND era (2005-2006). What about Lost Highway? Did/Does he like the album and the general direction the band was heading around that time? I think the Shanks issue had not surfaced yet back then.

Would love to hear your thoughts especially those who experienced that time first hand

They played Always tonight

Saw the 7/12 setlist from a fan account just now although I haven’t seen any videos posted. Surprised and hope they’ll play it again in the upcoming week!!

They also did Bed Of Roses. Other than these two all others from tonight have been played before I think.

The Forever tour first show: an evaluation

Went to the 7/7 concert. That was my first show ever (as a Gen Z fan), but for more than a decade I've been watching a lot of old concert recordings from 1984 to 2022. This is my thought about the 7/7 show.

Jon's performance on 7/7 is still overall one step down from 2017-2019 but better than 2022. It was highly inconsistent. Some songs gave me hugely positive surprises but others, saddening ones.

Approaching 2019 level: Keep The Faith & Livin' On A Prayer. These two songs gave me the greatest shock. These were arguably the hardest songs to sing off the setlist, but Jon did these the best. Jon reached some very high notes despite struggling with them and dodging others, but with the expectations already low and with the prospect that this might be his last tour, the shock of that voice bursting out of an old man was moving. Kinda like that Always 2019 performance. Like one last outburst before the real end. Unfortunately, even these did not strictly reach the 2019 level, just approaching it.

Noticeable improvement from 2022 level: Who Says You Can't Go Home. I'll Be There For You, It's My Life. In These Arms. Some high notes reached and overall much more consistent than 2022 performances.

Slight improvement from 2022 level: Beautiful Drug, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Whole Lot Of Leavin', We Weren't Born To Follow. Basically the level above but less consistent.

Roughly 2022 level: Bad Medicine. This House Is Not For Sale. Born To Be My Baby. Legendary. Living Proof. Blood On Blood. Lost Highway. Lay Your Hands On Me. You Give Love A Bad Name. Many notes completely (not just slightly) off notes, plus many dodges.

Even worse than 2022: Have A Nice Day. Saddened to see one of my favs sung like that. Also why let Shanks do the guitar solo lol.

Surprised to see so few people posting on Reddit after the show. They're probably on Facebook or X. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

EDIT: I want to add a qualitative layer of my evaluation. Despite Jon's improved ability to acheive high notes, his voice is nonetheless shakier and wobbles and sometimes has a "starting twist" (not sure what's the best way to describe it, but you can feel the slim vibration of his voice, and for one syllable, he starts low and subsequently, very artificially pulls it back to normal). So for KTF and LOAP for example, he might sing some high notes better than 2019, but worsened delays and his wobbling voice pulled the quality back down a bit.
