I have indents in my right breast and a lump in my right breast but the radiologist didn’t find anything abnormal in my ultrasound. 🫩 I just wanted answers. My boobs aren’t Like this this isn’t normal.

I have a lump and dimpling in my boobs. I don’t get an ultrasound until next week. I don’t have any other symptoms that indicate breast cancer, like swelling or redness. I get pains in my shoulder sometimes but there’s no frequent numbness or tingling in the arms. I’m sure at least hoping it’s benign but I’ve had health issues for a long time now that doctors can’t seem to figure out. The fatigue is taking me out, so weak and nauseous every day. The doctors say it’s not related to the lump. Should I be worried? I’m weak everyday. I had to stop working because of it. But there’s no explanation for it, and as far as I’ve been taught is that the lump is unrelated. Did anyone here literally SUFFER from weakness and fatigue before getting diagnosed with breast cancer? Surely it’s just something benign and unrelated to my daily symptoms.
