Linde Alle Student Residence Studio
I recently received an offer from BDTU for a studio apartment at Linde Alle Student Residence, and I was wondering if anyone who has stayed at one of their studios could tell me how their experience was. Also, they are asking for 6800 DKK in base rent (without utilities), so around 7400 DKK for everything. Is this a reasonable amount or do you think I can find something cheaper. I already have a place to stay until December in Denmark so I do have the option of rejecting the BDTU offer and taking my time in searching for a better place if that's a smart thing to do. Also, they say that the gross area of the studio is 42 sqm, but that's including shared spaces making the number kinda useless. Anyone know approximately how large the actual studio is?
