Hi all,

I’m a decently experienced backpacker. I’m looking for trails in Southeast USA that have good elevation gain like 3k+ (not a huge requirement). More importantly, I love hiking/camping along a creek, especially in tandem with elevation gain. I’ve done good stuff in Nantahala and around the georgia section of the AT

Please throw in some good recommendations for trails under 17 miles round trip that fall into such category.
