Talking to the manager got her colleagues nowhere

So a colleague refused to do a cayg job on another department,already told them he wouldn't have time and its not his department and he's 55 hours down because of sickness and holiday's,now they want to file notes him,really?? 🤣

Just been asked by a cleaning colleague if this will apply to them as there's normally only 1 of them on a shift at a time?

Yes i agree with redundancy for those useless colleagues that have been in asda since the dinosaurs,but as for training on most departments to cover sick is slightly stupid.

Guessing we all do this in store when colleagues call in sick but instead of that why don't they sort out the the lazy "I'm only here for the money" colleagues??

Surly that sorts everything out. Instead of complaining about what you have to do just get on and do it,by the time you have complained about it the job would be done ?
