Have had the lower 3 layers for 2 years and just and the top 2 layers this year.

They all have the same watering routine every 3 days and same fertilizer. Why is that 1 specific plant struggling?

Got 3 blues. 2 of them are doing great. The pictures show the other plant which is not doing so great. Any ideas why?

They have the same soil, fertilizer and watering routine.
