I started accutane April 2025, stopped it October 2025. The first picture was the day I started the treatment, the last one today. It didn’t leave deep scars but dark spots are very stubborn, I used BHA/AHA for some time, then switched to melab3. I use also a melab3 based sunscreen and I could see some difference in 3 weeks.
