I just had the interior of my house painted. I’m replacing a lot of the outlets so that they’re fresher and look nicer. I came across this one in our primary bath that doesn’t have a ground wire.

It’s almost directly below another GFCI outlet (above the bathroom counter). Is not having a ground here unsafe? Is there a simple-ish solution? I don’t have the experience to run a wire or anything like that unfortunately.
