Last time I was at the CDLE, I was told that if I went to a Connecting Colorado location, I could speak to someone on the phone without waiting.

Today, I put this to the test. I went to the AD Works location on Lima and walked right in, with no waiting. I was given a private space and a phone that was to someone directly at the CDLE. All in all, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Two thumbs up, highly recommended if you need to talk to CDLE and can’t wait for an appointment.
