Bought two tickets on FIFA’s website - today I received only one.

I got an email conversation a few weeks ago confirming my purchase of two tickets. money was drawn from my account and the ticket seats for TWO tickets are clearly visible in the confirmation email.
today, I receive only one of those tickets. unbelievable. does anyone have any suggestions of the fastest way to resolve this?
