How taxing are trades on your body?
Hello everyone, I am currently 21 finishing my degree in architecture, however in all honesty I don't really enjoy it and prefer doing something more physical. I currently work part time in restaurant and a fish market and I kind of prefer being physically active and I know the job market for architecture grads is poor. I am interested in doing a certificate in HVAC however, I am aware these kind of jobs are really taxing on your body and I often hear older folks saying how they are in a lot of pain. How true is this? Is it from improper form and neglecting their bodies over decades or is it just inevitable?
