Growth is not about pushing harder all the time. Sometimes it is about realizing that something is no longer right for you, no longer working, or no longer worth exhausting yourself over.

It could be a habit, a goal, a routine, a relationship, a version of success, or even the pressure to have everything figured out.

What is something you finally stopped forcing, and what changed after that?

Sometimes the thing holding us back is not lack of effort. It is making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

Maybe it is setting goals that are too big, trying to change everything at once, waiting for the perfect routine, overplanning, overthinking, or expecting yourself to do things in an ideal way instead of a realistic one.

What is one thing you feel you may be overcomplicating right now in your personal growth journey?
