Why can I barely bench 70% of my body weight if push ups are so easy?

I never really worked out much, I’ve always stayed quite fit from gymnastics coaching amongst other things, so lifting weights is basically brand new to me, I say this so you’ll forgive me if this is a dumb question.

Im just under 6’1 and weight 165, I’ve looked it up and apparently push ups only really push about 65 to 70% of your body weight.
That being said, I can easily hit around 30 pushups before it starts to get kinda difficult, so why is it so much more difficult for me to get just a couple reps of 70% of my body weight on bench press?

And before I get this critique, I know different hand placements do different things with push ups, and I get my chest all the way to the ground every rep, so it can’t be a matter of my form.

Thank you in advanced!!
