Iphone Support App Issue?

So long story short I broke a pair of beats solo 4 and picked up a replacement pair a few hours ago. I connected the new pair to my iphone and after an hour or two the applecare coverage transferred from the old pair to the new pair on my bluetooth and/or find my list.

The thing is... when I check the Support app on my phone, only my old beats pair appear on my devices list (old serial number, and since my applecare plan transferred, it shows that my coverage was expired) and my new pair is no where to be found.

Obviously I'd see this as an issue, as if my new pair were to be damaged or defected in any way I won't be able to schedule a repair for those since they don't even appear in my support app while the old pair without coverage are still there for some reason.

I even noticed that my old pair of airpods are on the list, and even my old apple watch (despite them not even being on find my and bluetooth anymore). However, my new pair of airpods and my new apple watch are also on there, so I don't pay too much attention to the old ones.

I'm just wondering why my new pair of beats aren't on the list? And would I be able to get rid of these old devices so they aren't in the way?
