so yesterday i got one of my first carts 3mg hybrid and at first i was taking small hits then my friend told me to take a 5 second inhale and 5 second hold on in then inhale and exhale kinda fast and the issue was when i did it i started coughing like crazy felt like i couldn’t breath (i have asthma but its not as bad) and like my throat was like burning bad it felt very weird but the high worked i was high asf but i still coughed and such like crazy, any help on how to stop from coughing like crazy while taking good hits to get high?
