I added rise to my store because I liked the idea of store credit. Thought it would keep customers coming back without cheapening the brand. Ended up stacking discounts on top of credits which got painful pretty fast. Looking back it felt more like delayed discounting than retention. Is there anything that I can do to recover from this? Worried it might hurt the store after I undoubtedly remove it.
