I’m from Canada but want to buy property in other countries. I was recently told in Colombia you don’t need credit to buy property there. It got me thinking of what other countries rules are around buying property, how mortgage loans work there and what the best places to purchase properties in are. Canada is beautiful but buying different property else where seems like a more affordable investment
