Mini ITX AIO WC about finished.

These cases (Cooler Master NR200P V2) are perfect for the BC250. I bought the ASUS ROG Strix 240mm AIO new off eBay for $40, the case was $55, I had the SFX PSU already and it cost more than any part at around $130. It's overkill but it was just sitting.

What is the best RAM split? 512 seems a bit lethargic and I get occasional stuttering. Thanks in advance.
