I am CR in my current project at tcs i recently put paper, manager didnt let me put paper first when discussed they try to retain me with counter offer but i didnt accept it and put paper after my discussion and my seperation process also get initiated.

Any idea on when i get release from project and advice for smooth transition?

I like to get release from project atleast 10 days before my notice end to complete all the sepearation process
