I managed to find the vehicle in the game files (specifically in .pig and .zip formats), and a friend uploaded the 3D model—complete with textures and lighting—to Sketchfab. I’m always digging through game files out of curiosity to see what’s been included. I don't know what you all think, but Gameloft might bring it back in a future version (like 9.2e) via an official event; nothing is confirmed yet, but that vehicle could return to the game soon.

I hate Gameloft, look at this Because Asphalt 9 receives good updates while our beloved installment 8 is rotting away, giving more content than the previous one gameloft Rot in hell🤬

By the way, the Asphalt 8 model that was recycled for the garage This vehicle is not in the garage. It is hidden in the game files: the Hovercar glider It's not a playable car

Good hits for the game modification, the crashcam audios The developers should add voices to the game for the avatars when they get hit or injured 🤣
