Zephyrus g16 2025 performance issues
hi, I have a g16 5070ti ultra9 etc laptop I use g helper Im pretty certain my custom profiling on it is solid. i am running into many issues however mainly being with game performance, i have realised over the last few days it has been running 1) too hot and 2) at very low performance values for the specification 3) GPU utilisation sits around 35 to 50% when playing game and Cpu at only 2.3 ghz when it is supposed to be in the later 90s for gpu and between 4 and 5 for Cpu. i have tried everything i can think off. repairing windows, downloading drivers, playing around with power settings and fan profiling, running dgpu modes ... nothing seems to work, like the hardware is there but a piece of software is making it all run in limp mode and i cant figure out why. ARC raiders for examples in the past i ran cosistently 110-120 frames, now i only get 70-85 fps, my freind has a 4090 laptop and runs at with 97 gpu utilisation and 3.8 ghz cpu when he plays and he gets consistent frames, something recently does not feel right. furthermore on the optimised gpu mode when i take my laptop of battery it turns dgpu off and that works fine but when i plug it back in it does not reengage the dgpu even if it says it has unless i restart the laptop and i have many crashes when on battery, either my system freezes compeletely and i have to do a full shutdown or it just crashes making an machine gun flurry of error sounds in my headphones and restarts. additionally alot of the time when i open games it causes my brightness to go down to the lowest possible value and i cannot change it (its greyed out) so i have to close the game which puts it back to normal and restart my pc - there are many very very frustrating problems but my main issue is the performance because it isnt right for it to be performing this bad. Any help would be much appreciated! thanks
