Tortious Interference
Located in Texas. Salary. Previously terminated from hospital employer for reasons outside of workplace conduct per Texas workforce agency investigation. Obtained new employment that required me to have emr access to hospitals within my region. Previous Employer denied my emr access with new employer which lead to new employer to separate from me. Previous employer understood that all staff members are required charting access and still denied mine without sending me reason for denial. Do I have a viable case for interference?
