Need some help of what/when/how much to microdose

Hi,

First time posting here (sorry english btw not main). Psycadelics helped in the past so I know stocked up again. I got mushrooms, lsd and dmt. All ready.

It really helps with productivity/no brain fog (lsd) which is what i took this morning. First of all, is it normal i feel like i took like 10 coffees with 10ug ? I don't drink coffee anymore but i feel like I am almost too much ''there''.

Also how should i cycle this ? My goal is too just feel alive and be able to work on my buisness normally because right now i am so allergic to work because of past experience and i drink at work (when hard tasks to do) and I only drink at that moment. I never drink in any other situations. Dopamine, past experience stuff makes this my reality at the moment. When i try to ''push it'' my brain attacks me with crazy brain fog. Right now i don't have any (brain fog) because while writting this i am on 10ug.

So I got all 3, what should i take, when to take it, how to cycle.

Some help from veterans would be really helpful.
