CAT dealer to CAT corporate
How does a CAT dealer employee actually make the leap over to Corporate? I have been through multiple panel interviews over the years and I feel that my stories are never enough. I feel that being at a dealer limits my experience and it’s hard to gain the “world changing” experience they are looking for. My dream is to be at corporate CAT but the rejections at the very end of these long interview processes have me lost and hopeless. Any advice from those who have successfully made the leap?
