Should I transfer to City or double major?

Ever since I’ve seen my friends who are all basically bio chem majors I’ve been debating everything. I am currently an Accounting major at Hunter college, however I do not want to be an accountant at all. I personally find it mundane and boring however I cannot lie that I am good at it. However, I love being creative and working with my hands which accounting is not. I have one side of my family saying to get into the arts and the other side begging me to do design and business. But to be honestly I’m not even sure if either are worth it. I’m a very creative person and do understand your major doesn’t dictate your career that’s why I’m debating a double major or transfering all together since I am a sophomore going into my junior year I have some time left and I am almost finished with my major about 70% way through.

I love designing and creating though about architecture did an internship ended up not loving it entirely but did love how I got to design and 3D print a townhouse myself. I’ve done a coding internship learned basic skills but I’m not sure if a computer science degree is worth it or is it better to gain certificates. I thought about urban planning since I didn’t love architecture but I feel like I’m leaning more towards something engineering however Hunter does not have that. I want to create and do things that are actually worth while instead of being stuck to a desk just putting in numbers. I want to make my brain thing and actually do things meaningful. I almost did forensics but after figuring out the day to day life of someone who works in that field especially New York you don’t have much of a work balance life and the pay isn’t worth it. And I’ve even thought doing bio and working in a lab but even my friends said it’s not worth it. I’ve talked to multiple career counselors and they’re all lowkey bad at their jobs it drives me insane. I just want a little guidance since at the end I’m making my decision.
